Posted: 04 Sep 2021 08:43 AM PDT For example a 8 core CPU binned to 4 core. Assume one chip as cores 1, 2, 3, and 4 functional and another has cores 1, 3, 6, and 8 functional. How does the second chip reroute signals such that it appears core 3 is 2, 6 is 3, and 8 is 4. Is there a configurable multiplexer that routes external data to the different cores?
