    When you scored that 3080, you were on top of the world. It was a whole new high. But now you've had it for a few weeks. Yeah, 400 FPS in Minecraft on your 60Hz monitor is nice, but you can't help but feel it was completely overkill. You don't need this thing. You could have kept the old GPU and used that money for a new monitor, or a nice foot massage, or adopted a cat. Admit it, your feet hurt and you wish you had a cat! Just admit it. I can help you.     Welcome HWSwappers, today we have kind of a mixed bag of stuff. As always, prices are firm unless you want to discuss a combo deal for multiple items. Prices include CONUS shipping.

    • intel i9-10980XE - I just recently got this as a warranty replacement from intel. I did take it out of the box to test it and for a brief video, but it has been powered on for maybe 2 hours total. It's a brand new chip, will come in retail packaging. FYI, the retail packaging they sent me has Chinese font, not English if that matters to you. $800 or combo with X299 Dark for $1000
    • EVGA X299 Dark - This has been used for several overclocking sessions, it has some thermal paste on one of the VRM fans. Works great otherwise, has been flashed to latest BIOS to work with the 10980. $250 or combo with 10980xe for $1000
    • AMD FX 8370 & ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard combo - not parting out. I bought these second hand from a Redditor, I don't know their history. They both work surprisingly great, and I've only personally used them for a couple of videos on the channel. The CPU is a fantastic overclocker. They mostly sit in a box. The motherboard has the metal backplate but not the plastic mounting clips for the CPU cooler. $170
    • intel i7-3930K/Chinese X79 Motherboard/DDR4 combo - not parting out. The memory is a 4x8 kit of GSkill RipjawsX DDR3 1600. $200
    • Scuf Impact Controller - I know very little about the controller world but I tried to use this one time in Cyberpunk and immediately hated life. Mouse & Keyboard forever. The controller is brand new, it was out of the box for 10 minutes maybe. I think the color scheme is some limited edition something $100
    • Gigabyte Aorus Liquid Cooler 360 - I used this for an AIO comparison video on the channel only, since then it's been in the box. This has the customizable LCD screen on the block top. Sadly, my cat chewed on the black packing foam while I was making that video. He later threw up a black foamy mess all over the carpet. Don't worry, he's fine. $150
    • Finalmouse Air58 Ninja (Cherry Blossom Red) - I bought this because I thought it might be a collector's item and I guess it kind of is. It has been out of the package for a few beauty shots but it's basically brand new. Comes with a second set of Hyperglides. $200
    • Finalmouse Ultralight 2 Cape Town - Bought this at launch and used it for a mouse comparison on the channel. Currently has one of the sets of infinity skin installed on the sides of the mouse only. This was never a daily driver for me, it was only used in testing for maybe a week. The rest of the skins are in the box. $120 or combo both Finalmouse items for $300
    • Corsair XG7 RGB waterblock - brand new, sealed in package. This is for 20 series cards, I believe it fits the 2080 and 2080ti FE PCBs and all reference designs but please check compatibility with your card prior to purchase. $100
    • DJI Ronin-S - I bought this when it launched, assembled it, and literally never used it. It was supposed to be for trade shows and...well...those don't exist anymore. This is the original Ronin-S (8lb payload) and comes with the Nanuk hard shell travel case and some accessories. $400
    • CameTV Spry 4-in-1 Gimbal - This is a smaller gimbal for point and shoot cameras (think Sony RX100), phones, or action cams. Same story as the Ronin, I bought it and never used it. $150

    it's been a long painful process to upgrade my 1700x and 1070 rig.

    I was finally able to get a 5800X on this sub yesterday but now comes the hard part for the gpu.

    I'm specifically looking for a RTX 3070/3080 Gigabyte Aorus Master or EVGA FTW3.

    In order to not waste anyone's time my rather tight budget is $800 shipped for 3070 and $1100 shipped for the 3080.
