What is the smallest CPU possible right now?

    Posted: 06 Sep 2020 04:08 PM PDT

I don't have much experience with computers besides assembling one and having general knowledge about what specific components do, so bear with me.

Does the CPU work through the bits interacting with each other, or does the processing power come mostly from a finite amount of power that each transistor provides?

That leads to my main question: How small can a CPU be right now? Just theoretically, would it be possible to have a CPU with just a few bits, around 1-4, albeit with low processing power?

What do we know about RTX 3060?

With the launch of the RTX 3060 potentially a month out, what do we know about it? I've heard there were several SKUs for GA106, could this point to multiple mid-low range offerings (ie. 3050, 3060 TI, etc.)?
