Graphics Card Prices in Germany & Austria, early May 2022: On average +10% over MSRP

based on prices of 8 german retailers and the "Geizhals" price search engine on May 8
these Euro prices includes 19% VAT, all comparisons were done to the U.S. MSRP
PP = percentage points
AMD's Radeon RX 6000 cards now on average +7% over MSRP (–5PP since April 17)
nVidia's GeForce RTX 30 cards now on average +14% over MSRP (–5PP since April 17)
price reduction for all cards has now flattened out
some AMD cards reached MSRP (6500XT, 6600, 6600XT, 6900XT)
for nVidia, only the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti reached MSRP
problem: all cards with attractive MSRP still cost well above the average
