| [USA-OH] [H] Cheap, missing pin Ryzen 5600x [W] Paypal Posted: 17 Feb 2021 07:14 PM PST Here's an interesting sale: My friend bought a 5600x and tried to install it himself. Unfortunately he installed the CPU 180 degrees the wrong way and bent some pins. One corner pin on the bottom right broke off but I was able to unbend all the other pins. According to pin diagrams I've seen, the broken pin is just a ground pin. After unbending and testing it, everything appeared to work fine again EXCEPT it seems to only detect one stick of RAM now. I ran OCCT stability tests and they ran fine with no errors. I just have an ITX, 2 memory slot board available so I'm not sure if sticks in other slots would be detected. So it's a functional CPU but seems to only detect one stick of RAM. Seems like it's possible even that could be fixed but am not sure. Offering it up for sale here for $188 shipped.
