    TL;DR: Looking for a cheap RX580 or 1060 and possibly a H510 for a friend who lost his PC

    Hey everyone, I haven't made a post like this before, and I dunno if it's even allowed here. But hear me out and maybe you could possibly help me.

    My buddy's computer recently got short-circuited due to a faulty power supply (or at least we think so) and no component is working. I have tested all the components in my system and they are fried.

    Now what is so significant about this is the fact that his house burned down in the Paradise Campfire back in 2018, and the insurance company totally screwed him over and his family has been struggling ever since. Naturally, as the whole city was burned down, his PC was gone as well. I live in the neighboring city of Chico, and when we met and he told me about this, I gave him my old gaming rig since I already have a decent gaming laptop. He recently upgraded the PSU after he got a good deal on it from Facebook Marketplace, but it seems he got screwed up in the process, now having a computer destroyed due to it.

    When I gave him the PC, he was a good guy, and didn't wanna just take it for free, so he practically forced onto me $400. It wasn't what the PC was worth (the PC was easily $1200) but it was a good gesture and I forced half of that back to his parents without him knowing.

    I got together with some buddies over the past couple of days (his PC broke on the 2nd of August) and we have come together to get him some decent parts. I managed to get an i5 9400f, an mATX mobo, and a 750w power supply for $200. A couple of other boys and myself have collectively gathered up 24gb of ram, 1tb ssd, and a 1tb hdd, now we only lack a GPU and case.

    His birthday is coming up on the 19th and my payday comes in soon; enough for me to buy him a H510 but we cannot see how we can afford him a GPU. No one in the city on craigslist or Facebook marketplace has a cheap GPU that we can afford for him so I have come here to ask as a final resort.

    Does anyone have like a GTX 1060 or an RX580 that they can sell for a decent price so that we can get him a new PC? We are all going into our Junior year of Highschool so money is pretty tight for all of us. I would really appreciate it if anyone would be able to get us a good deal on a GPU and possibly a case.

    This I hold close to heart, this guy lost his home and grandpa to the fire, and now his PC due to some guy selling him a faulty PSU.

These are Hynix AFR chips and can be overclocked beyond rated speed.The following was stable on a Ryzen 3600 & B450 Tomahawk motherboard; 3666mhz with 16-19-19-39 timings at 1.39v. It will boot at 3800mhz with same timings and voltage but never tested for stability. Was used at the 3666 overclock for 10 months perfectly stable.
