What would a (theoretical) Single-Core CPU be to equate a 4,6 or 8 core CPU performance? Posted: 14 Jan 2022 02:20 AM PST I was watching - How PlayStation 5 Was Built (feat. Mark Cerny) by WIRED. And one part got my attention, Cerny says "Ideally you just use one incredibly fast CPU". You can view that remark at 5:17 (https://youtu.be/cJkx-OLgLzo?t=317). Hence my question, What would a (theoretical) Single-Core CPU be to equate a 4,6 or 8 core CPU performance? Say an Intel Core i9-9900K (8c/16t). [link] [comments] | ||
