    It's been about 2 months since I last did this and frankly, I've missed doing this. I've missed seeing a community come together and uplift one another and for a moment in time, have a place where its nothing but wholesomeness and positivity. But what I've missed the most, is seeing the joy and reaction of someone with something I built with my own hands. I believe there's beauty in using your hobbies and what you're passionate about to make someone else happy.

    We're almost there. Availability's getting better, stock is appearing more on shelves, pc parts that were once unobtanium, are now getting into the hands of gamers, and people alike. I know how tired you've been waiting and scrolling and negotiating but just wait a bit longer, because sooner than later, you're gonna get that GPU you've been wanting. People who are buying GPU's at retail to sell them over to make a profit are soon going to notice that it won't be worth it. I know I'm just one person, but at the very least, I hope I can inspire others to do the same and make someone think twice about buying an overpriced GPU. But like I've mentioned before, I'm not here to try and be someone famous, not here to farm karma/awards, not asking for any pity and empathy or asking for any attention. I just personally believe that doing my part will inspire others.

    Today, I have a custom built mini-itx gaming pc inside the nr200p. The parts are consisted of leftover parts from commissioned builds and building pc's and some lightly used parts. I decided to gather some parts and let a build go under retail. The GPU was brand new and was opened 3 nights ago specifically for the build. I have video proof of me opening it with a timestamp and realizing it doesn't fit with 25mm fans at the bottom which I ended up having to wait and order 15mm fans lol. Like before, this gaming pc is not for someone who's looking to upgrade maybe 1 or 2 of their parts, or someone looking to buy it then selling it to make a profit. This is for someone who's been *needing* an upgrade but can't afford to pay the ridiculous prices pc parts are going for right now.

    These are the parts in the build along with the current cheapest MSRP I could find with shipping within US.

    Total: $2,825.80(after CA 7.75% taxes. $2,622.56 before taxes.) Now what I'll be pricing them for you:

    The Ram Kit and Custom Cables came from a buddy of mine who was stationed overseas and after building his new T1 for him when he came home, and sourcing him a GPU for retail, he gave me the ram kit and the custom cables and I thought it was perfect for this build. The ram kit you can only get overseas and I couldn't find the price so i just found a kit with the same speed and cas latency and used that as a price point. The cables include 1 x 24pin motherboard, 3 x 6+2 pcie, 1 x 4+4 eps, 1 x dual SATA header. The GPU was purchased from best buy on 07/26 and opened on 07/29. I tied down most of the cables with zipties except the fan cables so that if you wanted to get into the case and pop the top panel, side panel with the aio, and the bottom panel with the slim fans, you can easily do so without having to worry about ripping the cables. I have included 4 of the highest rpm fans i've touched and I originally had 6 of them, with two more at the bottom but it didn't fit with the gpu so i replaced them with 15mm slim fans. I also have the top and bottom fans connected to a commander pro so that you are able to control the fans within windows. The aio fans are subject to cpu temps. The temperatures are incredibly good, in my opinion. Under load for 30 minutes through timespy, the gpu stayed at 66°C max and the cpu hovered around 45°C. And that's at the quietest fan setting.

    • Steelcase Amia. People have told me it's better than their Aeron's. No joke. These are 2019 models, grey fabric, like new condition, with all the bells and whistles: 4D adjustable armrests, lumbar support, tilt limiter, seat depth slider, etc. Priced at $80.

    • Steelcase Cobi. A really new chair from Steelcase. Super comfortable mesh/plastic backrest that's breathable and flexible. Nice soft rubbery armrests. Flexible seat edge designed to relieve pressure on thighs. Condition is like new, and these have the original hangtags still on them! $60.
