    Hello r/hardwareswap**,**

    I'm gonna be real, I spent probably an hour making the entire f*cking post, all the specs and stuff, then when it was time to take out all of the parts, my stupid ass unplugged the PC and I just now realized that the draft did not save. Someone kill me. Wrote a whole 5 paragraph essay on all the reason why I'm selling my PC but to sum it up, I'm selling my PC because I'm done with gaming and its time for me to grow up. I've played videogames for my whole life, and its time for me to move on. It helped me with my depression, it helped me avoid my problems, but I need to learn to face them. Anyways, no mining or anything done on the PC, I bought it as an NZXT custom built a month ago, rage quit off of a game, realized I need to grow up and focus on school, and here we are now. Please understand why the prices aren't great, I just got the build a month ago and here we are now. I can't lose that much money. Best of luck everyone. It's been fun while it lasted.

    So! Got this from a fellow redditor, but was able to get another one at slightly better price. I explained to the seller about the situation and asked if we could cancel our trade, but he replied not able to. The card was delivered yesterday, and confirmed to be in perfect condition.

    I'm looking to trade it down this one to 3080 + Cash, specifically FE, FTW3, Strix or Tuf. In a respect to the seller, I will not sell. And for the same reason, I will value my card at $ 200 below market price, whichever you want to go with, for calculating of cash to be added on top of 3080. That should be about 8% below market.

    Hello, I recently picked up a PC for some gaming and as a Plex Server. The issue is that the CPU hits 80c in about 15 seconds when it transcodes and it then crashes. I did not think of buying a cooler for it because I was like "The intel stock cooler should be fine, right?'. So I used all of my money to buy this PC but now if I want to game or use Plex, I can't have really do it because it starts overheating and then it crashes.

    So, what I'm looking for is the cheapest CPU cooler that I can buy with $11 of coins I found locally in Carrollton, TX.

    This is complicated so I hope you will hear me out. I'm looking for either another 3090 FTW3 or 3090 FE. If a card exchange is involved, it has to be local to Bay Area 95134.

    Backstory: I've gotten lucky early in the 30xx game in late 2020 by snagging several FEs and FTW3s, and over the months I've either sold them to friends at MSRP or ~$100 fee. Yes, if you see the timestamp pic closely, the nearest card is a 3080 FE which will go out to a friend soon. That leaves me with ZERO FE cards.

    Generally I'm a watercooling enthusiast and my latest build got sidetracked when the mining bug bit. So yeah, these cards I'm talking about, they were always mined on (memory temp kept below 85C), never gamed on. There you go, full disclosure, and probably 100 downvotes.

    Now I'm looking to get back to completing my rig but it wouldn't look nice except with the following:

    • 2x 3090 FTW3 horizontal or
    • 1x 3090 FE vertical

    I could have just stayed with the 3080 FE vertical but I prefer to have 2 WCE happy compared to 1, hence selling the card at cost to WCE friend.

    Here's my proposals:

    1. My 3090 FTW3 for your 3090 FE. + $x? (educate me the real life premium of FE over FTW3 pls).
    2. Your 3090 FTW3 for my $2600 OBO (educate me the real life premium of FE over FTW3 pls).
    3. My 3070 + $x for your 3090 FE or 3090 FTW3.

    Update: Please do not PM me about selling the 3090 FTW3 for MSRP or lower. I can continue my build with it. Just waiting for PPCS to restock the EK waterblock for it.
