    Details:
    It is with great regret that I have to part ways with my direct drive wheelbase. The truth is, my family obligations have taken my ability to be able to sit and race for more than an hour at a time. And iRacing isn't something I can just "stop at any minute or pause" and continue later. For at least six months to a year, I will only be able to race against AI or in career mode, and for that, a direct drive wheelbase is overkill.

    I will downgrade to something like a CSL Elite with console compatibility so that I can just pause when I need to step away and come back without consequences.

    For those of you PC gamers who are curious what this is, you may have heard of the brand Fanatec or seen Logitech G29 or other steering wheels. This is the "endgame" of those accessories. Where you can look at the G29 as a gaming accessory, you can look at Simucube 2 as an ultimate simulated steering experience for PC based racing simulators.

    It's capable of putting out 25 Nm of torque at around 360 RPM, enough force to snap your thumbs, sprain your wrists and require an industrial grade emergency stop in case you wreck your car in game and decide to hold onto the wheel before impact thinking you can recover.

    It's capable of simulating the real steering force of actual race cars like GT4 or F3.

    It has an exchangeable quick release with a 70mm bolt pattern that you can attach most steering wheels to.

    I ordered this in August 2020 and I love it, but it's not "easily" compatible with PS4/PS5 or Xbox, so in order to get plug and play console racing, I will move to a console compatible belt driven wheel.

    The vendor I purchased this from is SimRacingBay, who until 2021 was one of the exclusive and most reputable/sought after retailers for Simucube products. They have apparently ended their relationship with Simucube to sell wheelbases directly, but the warranty is still valid and transferable. Tomo, the owner of the site will reply to your emails directly if you have issues.

    I also purchased, from Tomo, a wireless button plate to use with the Simucube 2. It has 6 high quality tactile push buttons, two CTS288 Leo Bodnar grade rotary encoders with push function, two "7 way" funky switches, two magnetic shifters and it's made out of 6061 automotive grade aluminum. It comes with a decal set.

    I purchased an extra wheel side kit so I could DIY build a GT3/R8 style button box/wheel combo with a DimSim R1, but now that I'm selling, I've abandoned that project.

    This wheelbase is amazing for: iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, rFactor 2, Assetto Corsa, RaceRoom and Automobilista/AMS2. It's great for simulating real car force feedback, having the best/smoothest FFB for sim racing, using actual car grade steering wheels with 70mm bolt pattern.

    This wheelbase is not great for: Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon, Need for Speed, Gran Turismo, PS5/Xbox compatibility, cheaper cockpits like the Playseat Challenge or F-GT by NextLevel.

    I'll also throw in the aluminum motor mount.

    Because I'm in Japan, you should be careful with shipping costs. I will only ship insured and tracked, for your sake and mine. Only Paypal Goods & Services, for insurance and safety. This is a very heavy box. Approximately 20kg for the wheelbase alone, and another 3 or 4kg for the button plate. It's made out of an industrial grade servo motor, with two Meanwell power supplies.

    They've since released an R2 with only one power supply. Aside from the PSU's and changes to the rear plate, the wheelbases are exactly the same. I prefer the R1 personally, because Meanwell PSU's have a strong reputation, and I just like the rear plate of the R1 more (better power switch, better looking plate and connections).

    Look at your card, look back at this post, now look at the card, now get lost in my eyes. Think about how it's overkill for your needs, and how disappointing Cyberpunk 2077 was, or how you're getting 400+ fps in CS:GO on your 1080p 60fps monitor.

    Check edit for new message, old offers below: Looking to pay around $900 for a used or new 3080, $625 for a used or new 3070 (FE preferred for both), $550 for a used 2080ti, $500 for a 3060ti, and last but not least $700 for a used or new 6800XT. Would prefer shipped to CA 93108.

    Will also pay for one meal that day/night, as long as it's under $45. Last but not least, I will include video verification of me hyping you up for not being a scalper - the ultimate trade verification.

    If we weren't COVID mode I may have even offered a smooch on the cheek, but then again if we weren't in COVID mode then maybe we would all be able to buy a damn GPU.

    Not going to lie, I'm probably not even going to game on this card. I do AI and shader programming shit. Probably a little Minecraft tho.

    EDIT: I've been notified by the nice people of Reddit that MSRP has increased since the last time the "Sold Out" button on NVIDIA blessed my eyes. PM me, I'm willing to negotiate.

    Hello all! I am looking for a 3090 FE Stock cooler (no GPU)

    SUPER LONG SHOT but mostly speaking to anyone who is watercooling their 3090 FE and doesn't have a use for the stock cooler. (That or whoever managed to absolutely fry their 3090 FE somehow and is now using it as a paperweight)

    For anyone interested I basically wanna try to slap that thicc cooler on my 3080 FE PCB. Now I know what yall are thinking, that crap ain't gonna fit. Well you sir, are (only partially) correct.

    If you check this out you will see my crap photo editing skills but you will also see a scaled overlay of a 3080 FE PCB over a 3090 FE PCB and everything from the memory, mosfets, vrms, to the CPU core actually line up.     Looking primarily for a rog strix 1080, but any other large version of the card interests me. No minis please, as I have a HUGE mid tower case that I'm trying to fill. Also, I'd prefer if the card had more than just a single 8-pin power connector, but it's not a deal breaker.

    I've got a full build minus the graphics card waiting to be put together. Sold my old rig to a friend thinking I could easily put that money to a new one. RIP my timing, I'm willing to spend 400 (+/-$50) if someone can bless me with their old graphics card. I'll take anything in the 2060Super/2070/5700XT/2070Super range. Hopefully that's a somewhat realistic dream in these dark times... giving up on the 3060ti best buy lottery for now

    I also have a cool DELL STUDIO XPS 435T/9000 I picked up which I'll be using to upgrade my sister's PC. So looking to add some ram (2gb sticks), a GPU, and upgrade the i7-920 in it with 6 core x58 xeon or i7.

    This is a long shot, but I really want to upgrade from my old-old AMD R7 260X. Like, Among Us is a little taxing.

    I have a $500 budget that I was hoping would be enough to snag a 3060ti. But I couldn't get one in December and the tariffs have pushed retail up another $100-$150 the last couple weeks.

    I'm open to anything reasonably priced, so long as it's shorter than 10.5" (I'm working with an ITX box). My budget is flexy if you actually have a 3060ti you're willing to part with for the original retail+tax+ship (but I know that's an insanely low chance).

    I'm local to the Silicon Valley (95118) but could drive about an hour for this.
