    Flipping

    This happens all the time, but because of the current events there has been an increase in demand for certain products. This includes but is not limited to Nintendo Switches, webcams, Valve Index, SFF cases, etc. Inevitably, the prices for these items will go up if the quantity demanded isn't being produced fast enough or stops altogether. The following also applies to items that were obtained through pricing errors:

    Whether people bought them for personal reasons and decided to take advantage of the current market or to simply resell doesn't matter. An item is worth what the current market dictates it to be, not what you think it should be. Even if it's over MSRP. Unless you can find a link where it is currently available to be purchased for less than the price being asked, stop posting derogatory comments. If you have a link, post it and move on. We're not here to call people out on their intentions and/or derail a thread because of them. If they're not willing to cooperate, then that's on them. Their items simply won't sell. No need to press the issue any further. A refresher for those that don't read the rules:

    Rule enforcement

    c. A seller is allowed to post any price they feel is appropriate. If you wish to critique pricing, you must provide links to sites or threads where the item is currently available to be purchased for less or has recently sold for a lower price. Must be the exact same item, in the exact same condition. This is what we refer to as 'price policing'. Comments that suggest a price is too high without proving proof of it are not allowed.

    d. Do not use corporate sales or pricing errors as a reference for an item's worth. Microcenter and eBay auction links are not acceptable reference points.

    Attitude

    b. Being rude or harassing another member of the community is prohibited and repeated infractions will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

    c. Thread crapping will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to leaving comments that instigate, are sarcastic, or otherwise derail threads from its purpose to buy, sell, or trade an item. In short, if it doesn't help the original poster make their trade, then you probably shouldn't be leaving the comment.

    If an item is really worth what the person is asking to buy or sell it for, then it will be sold/bought for that price. If it doesn't, then that user will have to adjust their price/budget until they're able to make the trade. We don't need several users posting smart ass comments and repeating what's already being said.

    Yes, I know that this community is known for having good deals but not a requirement to post here. It's simply the free market in action. We're not here to regulate what prices should be, so if you're actually interested in an item, make a realistic offer or move on. Note that offering MSRP for an item when it's selling well above that won't do anything for you, so don't waste your time arguing why you shouldn't pay over MSRP.

    Have a BNiB Gaming Desktop (prebuilt, I did not build it myself).

    Specs: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080, Intel Core i9-10900K, 16GB DDR4 Memory, 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. ARGB Liquid Cooler and case lighting as well.

    Desktop has 801.11 AC WiFi along with Gigabit LAN, and I believe there are a USB keyboard and mouse in the box as well.

    I bought this at Best Buy, and it will have the full 1 year warranty, etc.

    Story for those who care: I wanted an RTX 3080 and they were sold out everywhere but I saw this prebuilt system briefly in stock so I impulse bought it. Then realized how much I spent. Rather than return it I figure someone else can have the opportunity (it is sold out now).

    I had to send my 2080ti in for replacement and finally got the replacement back in. In the meantime I picked up and a Vega 64 and am pretty impressed with the performance I'm getting at 1440p with it. Looking to get my 2080ti into the hands of someone who can use it more than me while I see what AMD does later this month. Tried to base price off a little less than eBay and a little less than other models since this a pretty basic card. Other note is the card is 2.7 slots in terms of thickness

    Also willing to sell my old single 16GB, 2133 mhz Corsair ram that I am replacing. It has been used in my system for about three years. Works great, but is slower than the newer stuff. I was able to overclock it to 2400mhz on a Zen 1 platform without issues but I typically just run it at stock.

    I was blessed by the Nvidia checkout button so up for sale is the legendary 1080ti. I bought it new from Nvidia at release and it was used with an EK waterblock until a month ago. The card was rarely used. Screenshot included of it running a loop of 3dmark stress test. It held steady at 1950mhz with 70% fan (+100/+400). It is missing one of the tiny screws on the backplate. Other than that, it is in great condition. Non-smoker and covid free. Will ship with USPS Priority with insurance.

    The phone is in good condition. No scratches or blemishes on the screen since it was always used with a screen protector. Back of phone has light wear and tear along with some light scratches. Fingerprint sensor has some paint missing due to regular use. It still functions as expected. No functionality of the device is missing. If any more photos are needed, let me know.

    Z490 Maximus XII Formula - Works great, amazing board, includes box. Still has plastic on it.

    64GB (4X16GB) 3200c16 Trident Z Royal Silver - I read somewhere that all of these are b die and Taiphoon Burner reports it as so but someone here said it may not be.. I don't know.. Pretty sure they originally came in 2x16GB sets but they run just fine with 4 sticks on the formula..

    I'd really like to sell as a bundle with all the items as it will all fit in the motherboard box.

    Hifiman HE-4xx Bought these from another redditor earlier this year. ***(The OEM cable doesn't work on the left side. I knocked them off my tower when I was playing some VR boxing. you can get a replacement cable, or repair the current one is you have the know how. As a result they can only be used with the custom cable I purchased earlier this year. )***These are great headphones.
