Hello HWS, today I'm giving away an HP Elitebook 840 G1 Laptop (i3-4030u, 8gb RAM, 500gb HDD) with the charger and some apple earbuds if the winner wants them. Below is a story, and below that are the entry rule thingies.

Since coronavirus has caused mass panic a few weeks ago, my school county has decided to shut down physical school and continue learning online. As with most people, I've been spending an increasing amount of time online and on reddit, and every day I see posts about coronavirus which is only natural. Posts about people losing jobs. Posts about people bored. Posts about people who lost a lot. So, while this is still ongoing, I am going to try to donate as much stuff as I can collect from neighbors, my house, and things online to help out people. It may not be much, but even one person helped is absolutely worth it. I hope that we can see more people donating stuff during this time!

Looking for a NON-CUBE shaped enclosure, something like those thin console like cases (NODE 202, SS RVZ02) or cheap sandwich (GEEEKS A50, A60) style ones too. I need it to fit in the X51 footprint and unlike X51 case hold a 450W SFX PSU.

As the title states, I'm in need of budget ATX mid tower case, specifically a NZXT H500. Also looking for a GPU that will run me $100‐$150, the cheaper the better.

As for GPUs Currently looking at 580 8gb models, but if there are any other cards floating in that price range that will help me achieve 1080p60fps for my first build, I will consider that as well.

Located just north of Greensboro, and will travel within reason to cities such as Raleigh, Durham, Winston-Salem, etc. Not looking to buy these items shipped at this time, as I'd like them as soon as possible.

Hello, /r/hardwareswap!

Was pretty excited when I found out this place exists. Anyways, I just upgraded to a new GPU and won't be needing my 5700 anymore.

I ordered it Nov. 30th of last year and finally got it installed on Christmas Day. I've been using it rather lightly since then, mainly playing WoW and LoL. Occasionally I would play Borderlands 3 or Modern Warfare but I didn't push it very hard at all.

It's in perfect condition as far as I know, I just took it out of my computer tonight for the first time when my new card arrived.

I don't really know how depreciation on GPUs works, but I feel like $75 less then current retail is fair for the condition it's in, so I'm asking for $275.

Can ship as well, have original box/packaging.

My local microcenter is offering these component new for a little over $250, but I was wondering if anyone had any used components that they can let go for cheaper. Just looking for something that will allow me to use the monitor. My buddy has one he wants to give me but he doesnt know where the stands are. He says they are ''vesa'' mounts. I've never done anything with monitor mounts or arms so im unsure what that means but im hoping someone can help me out and guide me in the right direction.
