Can manufacturers prove any overclock on a monitor? Posted: 10 Apr 2020 03:36 AM PDT So ive overclocked my Monitor from 60 to 75Hz and before i had to confirm that none of those changes are covered by the warranty. If i break it due to overclocking though, is there any way for the manufacturer to find out? Also how safe is it actually? Ive seen many conflicting opinions about this, is it likely that the lifespan will be reduced drastically? [link] [comments] |
