New Asrock board? ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4S Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:07 PM PDT https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X570%20Phantom%20Gaming%204S/index.asp Already on sale on Newegg. Can't find any reviews. Seems to be a downgrade just from the specs. 8 phase vs 10 phase from the regular Phantom 4, smaller heatsink, and USB 3.2 Gen1 instead of Gen2. Now just waiting on reviews, but I'm suspecting this to perform worse than even MSI's lowest x570 model. [link] [comments] |
Z490 Gigabyte leak : manufacturers seem to use the awful USB 3.0 header for USB 3.2 Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:01 PM PDT Picture : https://imgur.com/vfeI5KM You can see more picture on the article here : https://videocardz.com/newz/entire-gigabyte-z490-motherboard-lineup-leaks If you're like me and always hated that 3.0 header (and that cable) and really liked the improvement that represented the USB 3.1 gen 2 connector, it seems you're screwed. The 3.2 header seems to be the 3.0 header... Are manufacturers going backward or is that just gigabyte exclusive ? What do you think ? [link] [comments] |
