From the original buyer: "I have replaced the thermal paste and flashed BIOS from EVGA SC model to enable zero rpm fan option. If you want, I can put back the original BIOS, no problem. Temperatures and noise are much improved compared to the stock paste."
    EVGA X299 Dark 100USD AS-IS. Bought from a user in hwswap. Just now got around opening the inner box. CPU pins looks wonky. Maybe a more focused person can use tweezers to straitgen them out. or maybe some pins are not necessary. or maybe this thing is gone (local person can test this out.     Just got Doom Eternal and my PC doesn't have enough oomf for some good fragging. Looking for some cheap upgrades to help ease the social isolation:

    • DDR4 2133 Mhz RAM - 8-16 GB, have two free slots. Currently running 2x8 gb for 16 total.
    • RX 590 or RX 580 with >4 gb ram. Would consider a 1070 or 1660, but those tend to cost more. Looking for a solid upgrade from a GTX 960.

    Willing to do a local deal, but would prefer shipping. Looking to spend no more than $130 for GPU, and < $40 for a combined 16 gb.

    Not particularly interested in GPUs used for mining. Would have to be a really good deal.

    Currently have 2x8 gb of G Skillz Ripjaw in black, but I need that extra fps from the RGB. Will end up selling what I have when I get new stuff.

    1. Looking for white heatsinks and controllable RGB.
    2. I don't really know what timings are, so it doesn't matter to me.
    3. "Ryzen likes fast ram" and what I've got now is 3200 mHz so that's a good start. Definitely nothing under 3000.
    4. Can be 4x8 or 2x16.

    Budget is $170 for some silver Neo's or something since the Corsair lineup comes in at that price new.

    Welp with this virus situation happening I've found myself working extreme hours due to being a care provider. Been a bit in debt so that's a plus I suppose to working a bunch randomly. My phone has recently decided to black screen. I assume the screen needs some sort of adhesive or to connect something, because I have to press the screen with a lot of pressure to see anything. Doing that as I write this and it's been a bit of a frustrating experience this week. Constant work calls and texts have been hard to reply to along with just life phone use. I don't have a lot to spend due to bills as I said and with all the work I know I can be afloat soon and afford something fancy and all that Jazz later in life. Mainly looking for a quick phone in the mean time. I bought an iPhone 6 Plus two days ago on Craigslist that apparently had a broken charge port. It hasn't charged since I bought it. I'm trusting Reddit has working phones I can rely on for the time being during this lock down. If anyone has an iPhone (would like a plus but it really does not matter) for a decent price please lemme know. Greatly appreciate it if so, and if not it's totally understandable.
