    Hello /r/hardwareswap,

     

    I was able to get a 2080 Ti for a good price and it has replaced the Radeon VII in my system, and upgraded to a 3700X at the same time. Because of that I have some hardware I no longer need.

    Let me know if the prices are too high, I set them to beat eBay prices. The Radeon VII is priced a little higher because it's the 50th anniversary edition.

    I'll be listing these parts on other websites towards the end of the week if they don't end up selling here.

    I have an EVGA 1080 SC for "trade". I tried selling my 1080 last week and as you can see, it didn't sell. The 1080 is in great condition, only used a little as i got a 1080FTW instead. There is no Warranty left.

    I was very lucky this year and the money isn't critical. That being said, what will YOU give me for this EVGA 1080? an old but functioning classic piece of computer history? (transatlantic cable?) An old map of some historical place or battle? Fallout 1 and 2 memorabilia? Boxes of old but functional computer parts? What do you have?

    My requirements are:

    1.) There must be some value to the item/items you are suggesting in trade. I'm not looking for 300$ in value, I just want something old, weird, or something completely off the wall.

    2.) No matter what, someone is getting this next Monday, i won't be posting this again and it's only fair to do this 1 time.

    3.) I will post what I opted to take if it's OK with the person that traded it to me. I will accept the offer right away if i want the item. I won't wait until the 9th.

    I purchased this back in March. I ended up buying a 2700X, so I will be letting this one go. Comes with the original Wraith Spire (copper), in the original box. You must supply thermal paste (I had MX4 on it).

    The cores have never been overclocked. I ran ram at 3200MT/s with 1.025V SOC. Quick CB R20 at the end of the timestamps with RTC before it was removed.

    Happy Holidays Swappers! This season I am feeling rather giving and am selling 12 builds at a significant loss to me, but that means a win for 12 lucky people :)

    To answer a few questions:

    • Why am I doing this?
      • I was blessed this year with the news that I have my first child on the way. This means I need to raise funds for the ridiculous cost of baby items as well as make room in our house (my old PC workshop is turning into the baby's room).
      • I am feeling rather generous this year.
    • What am I selling?
      • PC builds for various budgets. All are new or like-new. Very few parts will have more use than standard testing for functionality.
    • How will I price these?
      • As I have seen pricing concerns in the past, and don't care to deal with the "price police," I will grab the most recent/least expensive price for each part here on HWS and list it in the PCPP list. Then I'll take some sort of large discount off the top of the total build.
      • I'm not really trying to deal with lowballers so please do not send me unreasonable offers, as I said, these are almost all new parts (even if they are older) and I know how much everything is worth.
    • How will I select who gets the build?

      • It should be noted that there is a slight dent on the back, metal, part of the case. This was how it was shipped and I had no issues building in it or the performance of the system. Luckily, the tempered glass is in excellent condition!

    This Surface Book 2 barely has any mileage and is in amazingly excellent working condition. I am selling it because I have other laptops that I use and this has just been a paperweight for the most part.

    Specs are the i7 8650U, with 16GB of RAM, NVIDIA GTX 1060 dGPU and 1TB of Storage space. I am also including the silver Surface Pen (latest model). Includes the standard charger that comes with it.
