Developer Laptop Recommendations?

Hello,

I have been working as a developer for a little while now and am looking to upgrade my laptop. I am looking for one with an SSD and capable of multiple external displays. I know that's a bit open-ended but my budget is $800-1000 USD.

If you've had a positive experience with something similar I would love to hear about it,
