Complete System #3, $50, boots into windows fine. I have this gem which has been sitting unused since 10/21/2013. I think it was purchased in June 2008 but I wouldn't swear by it. Warranty expired June 2009.
Probably needs a new CMOS battery, otherwise it seems to work fine (as far as I know - I didn't plug it into the network or extensively test it out, but it boots into windows fine). Not sure what one would do with this - maybe ok for kids/learning? maybe a sleeper build? The case is in pretty good shape, and actually looks pretty nice, though perhaps a bit "retro". This rift was used by my girlfriend for about a year. She hasn't touched VR in 5 months and decided to sell it. Last time it was used, It worked fine. No problems other than the LACK OF HEADPHONES. One of the headphones broke and they were taken off and throw away. Considering the sound quality and lack of isolation with them. I would suggest using wireless earbuds or headphones anyway. It started with the USBs failing then escalating to the computer sometimes turning on, to now not turning on entirely. Looking to spend around $50-$70ish and maybe bump it up to a Z87 or 97.
