    Letting go of my dear baby. Out of all the PCs I built over the years, this was my first high-end(ish) one. I recently built a new 5600x / 3080 SFF build, so I'm selling this one. Can't tell you about any overclocking stability/capabilities because I never OC'ed anything except for XMP for the memory. Not interested in parting out.

    As is customary these days, I am in the market for a new graphics card. I recently sold my old desktop because I thought I was missing the portability of a laptop, but as I looked at laptops, I realized just how much performance I'd be losing by switching, so now I've come full circle, and am looking at desktops again. Because I only sold my last PC on Sunday, I would be receiving the funds from said sale tonight, so any sale for a card would need to wait until then. So, what I'm buying:

    3070 OR 2080ti - Looking to pay a max of $1200, or $1250 if it's one of the nicer cards. Black is preferable.

    3060ti OR 2080 Super - I believe they're going for around $1100 these days, so that's what I'll pay, or again, $1150 for a nicer card. Black is preferable. 2080ti Pending from u/swatchbrooks

    In addition to those cards, I am also looking to buy a R7 5800x. Paying upwards of $400 for it.

    Ladies and gentlemen, Congratulations. You have discovered the best laptop deal in the history of laptop deals, maybe ever.

    I have for sale, a mid-2012 Macbook Pro with the 2.5 ghz i5. And BOY, would your grandparents LOVE to try reading their gmail on this piece of laptop history. Let's get right into the nitty gritty!

    The Pro's of this unit

    • Replaced hard drive with a 500gb Samsung 840 EVO SSD
    • Replaced the combo drive with an additional 120GB Sandisk SSD, perfect for running Boot Camo
    • Currently rocking 6GB's of unknown RAM
    • It turns on, and every port works as designed
    • It comes with the original MagSafe charger
    • It's a Macbook, yo.

    The Con's of this unit

    • The unibody appears to have landed on Normandy on D-Day, and this was the doing of it's previous owner. The display itself still works well, but has been stickerbombed to avoid mockery of others if you decide you hate yourself enough to try and use this in public.

    • The battery could CERTAINLY use replacement, although it can hold it's own for a little while.

    • The MagSafe Charger is covered in adhesive, and only one side of the charging indicator LED's work as intended, buuuuuttttt it charges the laptop reliably.

    Looking for local pickup with cash in hand only. Local to 60047, but i'm all over the Chicago area all of the time, don't be afraid to PM even if you aren't super close. I'm asking for $230 with both SSD's, or $210 and i'll put a larger capacity standard HDD in instead of the 120GB ssd. Lost my job and can't afford to hold onto this extra unit anymore. Plus, with all these horrendous jokes in the post, I may be able to put myself through a comedy class!

    Does your grandfather need a computer that'll never leave his desk to attempt to use Skype and E-Mail? This is it, fam. Be careful though, he'll be calling twice a day.

    Bought a new laptop so want to sell off these things to replenish my bank account.

    1) Dell 7577: ($550+ shipping OBO) Full specs: i5 7300hq, gtx 1060 mq, 120hz screen, 128gb ssd, 1tb hdd, 8 gb ram

    Really good condition. I upgraded the screen, replaced the keyboard (had a few dead keys) and replaced the battery within the past 6-7 months. Current battery health is around 94%. I would recommend adding ram and reapplying thermal paste to bring it back to the glory days.

    2) Acer GN246HL: ($120 shipped OBO) 144Hz 1ms response time, really good condition. Bought it from some in hardwareswap here. Please refer to his listing for all details. He did list a pixel issue that happens rarely, it did not happen to me in my 6-7 months of owning it.

    So I purchased this from u/SIJono last February and it was great for a bit, I never flashed the BIOS for the first 2 weeks and used it as a secondary rig gaming card.. Then it started getting weird while playing Castle Crashers with some friends. I flashed the BIOS as it was originally used for Mining after that happened, seemed to work fine for a day or two. One night, I gamed hard, it handled perfectly. Next day went to boot nothing. This was 11 months ago. I am able to see the card in ESXI & Windows with another card as the display, but just never could get this thing fully worked out. Tried PCI passthrough, tried really everything I could think of, took it apart, cleaned it, put it back together. Nothing.

    I know graphics card are way over valued right now so I'm going to say I'm looking for $250 for this thing. It's not physically damaged didn't drop it, I can still flash it, but just never takes.

    Didn't bust out the Multimeter to it, don't have the time or skills, I hope this can get a good home.
